Players will be able to conveniently watch videos on how to preform every prescribed exercise during the workout. Every video has voiceover instructions that clearly and efficiently describe how to preform the exercise. There are also written instructions for each exercise that clearly state how to preform every exercise step-by-step.

Team Group Chat with 24/7 Access to a Professional Trainer

Every team will have be assigned one of our professional basketball trainers. All the players will be put in a group chat with the coach that can be accessed in the Horsepower Basketball App. The players can ask any and all questions in the chat during the offseason and throughout the season. The assigned trainer will respond to all the questions in timely fashion.

Video Tutorials on How to Manage Ankle and Knee Soreness Available 24/7 All Season and Offseason

Every basketball player inevitably experiences knee soreness and ankle soreness at one point or another. The Horsepower Basketball App includes videos of some exercises and techniques that will help alleviate some of that soreness and get players back to feeling 100%. These videos are available in the app 24/7 so players can access them as needed.

That is why the Horsepower App has made a Movement Prep and a Dynamic Warm-Up available on-demand, so players can use it before training, practicing or playing. Equally as important is a Cooldown for after intense exercise.

Players will have access to resources educating them on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention, to keep their bodies in top tier shape throughout the season.
