Our low volume workouts only take about 15-30 minutes. We design them to compliment the stressors that come with constant practices and games, rather than conflicting with them.
The whole team is on the same schedule. This gives the players a chance to compete and have fun with the workouts, build chemistry, and hold each other accountable.
